Booking Deposit
A booking deposit is taken by Mark and Andreas Apartments to secure your holiday booking with us.
The amount of the deposit is only 20% of the total cost of your booking.
However, for ease, your deposit can be made at the same time you make your booking with us.
Your booking deposit when paid, will make a binding contract between you as the clients and us as a letting agent and owners of the property.
However, any deposit or other payments you make to us, are held in a secure Holiday Booking Clients Account for your complete protection.
These funds are only released to us within the terms of the company’s booking conditions. (View Terms and conditions in a New window)
