Stripe Deposit
A 20% deposit is taken through Stripe Payments by Mark and Andreas Apartments to secure your holiday booking with us.
The amount of the deposit is only 20% of the total cost of your net booking, However, for ease, your deposit is made at the same time you make your booking with us.
Your deposit when paid, will make a binding contract between you as our clients and us as a letting agent and owners of the properties/apartments.
However, all and any deposit or other payments you make to us, are held in a secure Holiday Booking Client Account for your complete protection.
These funds are only released to us within the terms of the company’s booking conditions. (View Terms and conditions in a New window)
This is a standard recognised practice within the holiday industry, and the same terms are also applied to and through our booking Agents:-
