All costings are in Euros, any payment you may make to us, is automatically exchanged from your local currency when booking through RedSys Payments.
Help notes for Costs and Bookings
- When arranging your costs and bookings with us, Please select the dates exactly from arrival day to departure day (This is because all costs and bookings are calculated on a nightly basis and not a daily basis).
- Should you require a longer stay, A discount is automatically built in above 35 consecutive nights or longer. (with long stay bookings, any replacement linens and extra cleaning are not supplied during the length of your stay)
- A Maximum stay from the UK of 89 Nights without a recidencia Card can not be exceeded
- Many local shops and supermarkets are closed on a Sunday, However, we offer an ‘Essentials Pack’ to keep you going as an optional extra (The Essentials Pack comprises of helpful food/beverages to tide you through to Monday) therefore, should your arrival be on a Sunday, and you choose this option, the essentials pack will be waiting for you upon your arrival.
- We will Invoice you for your final balance around 12 weeks prior to your arrival. however, our final invoices have Bank details attached to make your final payment to us in safety
If your Arrival Date is less than 8 weeks from the time of your booking, You will be invoiced immediately for any outstanding balance to comply with our advertisedTerms and conditions |

My first time visiting Spain, my first time hiring a car and driving in Spain, my first time staying in a naturist environment. Made all the more special as Mark and Andrea’s apartment is ideally situated, and was told by other visitors that Bahia de Vera is the best with lovely outdoor and indoor pools.
The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped.
There is no need to hire a car if you plan your travel plans well, but it is useful for getting around.
The airport at Almeria has limited facilities so make sure your onward travel to Vera de Playa is well planned. I had problems with my mobile ‘phone which refused to work and hence couldn’t use Google Maps until I obtained a local Sim card.
I’ve booked for next year having not already left, and wish I could have stayed longer this time.
